Quality Inspection
Ensure the apparel is unwashed and unworn; our team will verify that the intelligent fabric properties remain intact upon receipt.
Package & Pickup
Place the items in their original packaging and we will schedule a complimentary reverse pickup from your registered address within 48 hours.
Refund Processing
Once the quality check is approved, your refund will be credited to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 7-10 business days.
